Samantha began her insurance career years ago with sales and service of Home & Auto Insurance. Her career with Doran began in 2019, as an administrative assistant. The transition into health and life insurance has easily matched her skill set and offered her new challenges. She quickly found her passion for leadership and efficiency. Samantha’s organizational skills and attention to detail have been of enormous value to the entire Doran team, securing her our lead office management position in record time.
Samantha’s position has recently evolved beyond front office Manager. Her role is constantly evolving as she adapts to new responsibilities in stride. She is our office lead administrative support, training new team members. She personally focuses her administrative support efforts on ACA clients during our busy open enrollment season, as agent support for Rhonda Alden. The Doran team relies on her for tech issues, running of all office meetings, as well as leaning on her as our HR expert. Daily Problem solving, and troubleshooting (no matter how difficult) are no match for her sunny disposition and winning attitude.
Samantha deserves to rest on her days off, however her two active children, Riley, and Brady, compete in sporting events year-round. When she's not on the sidelines of a hockey rink or athletic field, she is planning her next tee time at the local country club. Samantha is a lake girl; you can easily find her with feet in the water on a hot summer day listening to country music.
